I bought this bench to help me get back in shape after having a shoulder replacement. It looked exactly like some other benches that cost much more. I was pleasantly surprised when, after simple assembly, it turned out to be a quality product. I can't lift heavy anymore, so this bench is more than adequate.

I was not too bad to assemble. It is not too bulky meaning that it does not take too much space. It comes with the handles to be able to do many exercises. I have used a few times and I have nto had the trouble mentioned by others (maybe I don’t use it enough). It is a great at home bench especially if you are just starting your fitness journey. I use more free weight and do not like much doing bench workouts, but I am adjusting as this makes it easy to use Overall I recommend it. It is ala very reasonable priced.
