We’ve been using this charger with my wife’s Mach-E for two months now. It charges fast and haven’t has a single issue. The display is a nice touch and cord length is very long. Ours is installed outside, but in a shaded wall. We have had lots of rain and, as expected, that hasn’t been an issue in the least with it. I prefer this charger to our Juicebox. ... show more

    • would not charge at all
just after it was hooked up by the electrician the charged one time when i want out the next morning it was reading a error code and would not charge again, and the app would not let you set a time for it to start it only let you set up a delay or charge now. that makes it hard to only let it charge when you are not paying high super peek power rates. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. They say it gives 48A and 12 kw and I received the charger, it was installed by a professional and it doesn't give the number they say. It only charges at 30A and up to 7.2 kw if someone can help me because I don't know what's going on.

The media could not be loaded. The Level 2 EV Charger by Andeman, is well-made, high performing charger, with all the features and capabilities you should need to keep your EV ready to go. Let’s take a closer look at what may or may not make this a good choice for your situation. I. Quality – The charger looks and feels like a well-made charger, with thick cables and a strong build. I have some that are a bit higher quality, but this one is definitely towards the top. I’d put the overall quality in the lower side of the upper tier of the quality scale for at hove EV chargers and guess that it should hold up well over time. II. Performance – This one has worked great in many ways, with a top of the market 50-amp ability that is adjustable to what you need. The screen is nice to have, providing helpful information, such as time, current, voltage, power used and battery. It has about every available feature with 12 safety features, Wi-Fi, RFID and app control. The 25-foot cable is on the longer end of what’s available and great to have if you can’t park next to the charger. III. Hard-wired – Keep in mind that this one will need to be hardwired to a 60 A breaker and doesn’t come with a plug. I actually see this as an advantage (if you don’t have a plug yet), as you will be eliminating a potential weak point by not having a plug, but means that is not meant to be portable at all. Overall, this is a fantastic option that offers a very high charging ability, with quality, convenience and basically every feature you can currently get. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it. If you’d find it helpful to see a visual inspection of this product, I recommend you watch my included video in full screen or landscape. They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, well it’s a video! You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. This is by far one of the best units I have had. Being able to keep track of the status on my phone is pretty cool. This charger holds well with the outdoor elements, and charges with no issues. The long cable on this charger is a great addition. Hardwire charging is faster than the regular outlet! Very helpful with children and schedules, not to depend on longer charging times.
