when this arrived, the box was bulging and beat up-it had been re-taped and one corner was chewed up. I was hesitant to accept it. when opened, everything is fine. there is a problem with assembly--on the side panels there is a whole for the screw that does not match up---mis-drilled by 7 inches. one on each side toward the top. there was no way the screws were going to work. and the wrapping at the top of the side panel, where it comes to a point, is so thick that the screws did not reach in order to thread. so, I used electrical zip ties, and they worked really well-in fact, I reinforced the other screw/joints with ties just to make sure (sometimes these screws come loose from using the item). it took about an hour to put together and looks very sturdy--next step is getting it outside and moving some things around. ... show more

If you love to curl up with a good book and a cup of tea on a rainy afternoon, you need this chair. The curved shape makes it feel like the chair is giving you a hug. The plump cushions are so comfortable you may never want to leave the chair. Although this chair is made from PE wicker and looks airy and delicate, it is far from it. Underneath that PE rattan is a sturdy powder coated metal frame for stability and durability. Per the manufacturer, this chair will support up to 680 lbs.
