Received product expertly packaged. Plugged it in to the wall plug and then the car charging started. Went into cars charging status set the charging level to highest level (9 Kw). Charging @ 27 miles an hour - 20% to 80% takes 5 to 6 hours. Charger shuts down when reaches desired charging level. Great for charging over night at the lowest cost per Kw hour. (3 year warranty). I called the company and did verify that this bought on AMAZON did have a 3 year warranty. Used it for one month of home charging and I am completely satisfied SO FAR.

I was a little hesitant to buy this charger because of so few reviews. I’ve only had it a couple weeks, but so far, I am very happy with this 240v, 40 amp charger. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this charger for the price. Straight forward and very simple to use. I set the time delay to begin charging after 8pm because it’s cheaper for me to charge during off peak hours. I get a full charge overnight in about 9 hours if I’m down to 10 percent battery life.(Although I only charge to 80% on a 102 kWh battery to protect my long term battery life). I could have spent more money on a 50 amp charger, but why. So far I only have to charge once a week or so.

As of now, I have used this for 4 weeks. This is more straightforward to plug and play. I used it on the Polestar 2, and the interaction with the charging port was accurate. My favorite thing is that the charging speed is also good.

My husband owns a car lot / mechanic shop and I have been looking for some nice EV Chargers for our newer cars we are getting in so as soon as I saw this I had to scoop it up. This came very well packed and secured and everything was just as described in the ad. Nothing was missing or damaged whatsoever. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to read and understand. My husband and his buddies were easily able to get this installed and everything set up as it should be. Once everything was properly installed it works perfectly as it should. We already have used this a 10 on a couple different cars and it works perfectly as described. Everything fits as it should and it charges up very quickly. This is a fraction of the cost of some of the other ones that I've seen. Everything is very heavy duty including the cord and it has an excellent length so you can easily reach the vehicle. We reviewed all the makes and models that this is compatible with before we got it so just be sure to do that for your personal vehicle as well. As long as you do that this is a great product and everything works soundly as it should. We have not run into a single issue and this has been super user friendly. I really can't even think of anything to critique on this. It's amazing as is and I definitely feel like I got a great deal and everything works as it should. Solid 10 out of 10 great quality product
