The Flowgo Level 2 Charger looks great on paper, but in practice, it’s been a frustrating experience—mainly due to the app and connectivity issues. The charger frequently goes offline, even when installed just a few feet from a strong and stable Wi-Fi source. This makes it nearly impossible to monitor charging status or use any of the smart features reliably. The companion app is also poorly designed. It’s unintuitive, slow to load, and often fails to sync with the charger. Features like scheduling or usage tracking are either buggy or don’t work at all, which defeats the purpose of having a smart charger. If you're looking for a seamless, connected charging experience, this product falls short. I’d recommend exploring other options that offer more reliable connectivity and a better user interface.

Update: customer service reached out and I was able to get this to charge up to 32 A but still not as advertised. They had a known problem with the app but even after the fix, I’m still unable to connect to it. The instructions on how to change the dip switch are confusing and (according to customer service) incorrect. Even with manually changing the dip switch, I’m not getting the max benefit. However, it charges in time for work next day. I have a long commute so I tend to use most of the battery going round trip. Having the battery charged to 80% overnight is now possible. Customer service is responsive and offered a full refund. I haven’t decided if I’ll take it since needs are currently being met but I appreciate the offer. So far, it is junk. I have yet to be able to get the app to sync to the charger on my phone. I’ve tried for several days. It will not charge any higher than 16 amps. Now I cannot even get the app to work. If it doesn’t work itself out by tomorrow, I’m sending back. I’m not an idiot, I can usually troubleshoot technology but this is frustrating. The charger was installed by a master electrician so that is not the problem.

I did not have it for a year and its broken. Will not push 50amps even after resets, and unplugging. I lowered it to its smallest ampere and now its working. I want 50amps. What I paid for. This device should work 5 years max, 4 years minimum with the price range we as customers pay. Do not buy this trash.
