The charger looks great and feels premium！It even comes with a screen to show the status of the charger so I don't have to look thought the app to check the current setting！The 14-50 plug looks bulky and reliable. The installation seems pretty easy and the app does give you a lot tweaking like timer and current limiter. Overall,money well spent！

Ok charger. clear display, but app required to delay charge or change current settings. There's only one button on the side, an emergency power off button. The all mounted base, which also doubles as a cord holder has a nice display which shows relevant info. But if you need to delay a charge (charge later at off peak rates), you need to use the app to set that. This isn't ideal as we have multiple users and sometimes when you get home you just want to plug it in and not have to mess with an app to change the charge settings. Also, in the (generic) Tuya app there didn't seem to be a way to set a charge schedule (for example, charge after 9pm M-F). This unit also features a slightly longer receptacle cord which was one of the features I was looking for (other chargers have a very short cord which limits where this can be mounted depending on the receptacle).

I upgraded my circuit box to accommodate a faster charge. This charger keeps tripping my box, even though an electrician installed it. It charges for a small amount of time and then trips the circuits off when charging overnight. The next day it's only half-charged. This has now become a hassle. I have to have the electrician come backto my house again to uninstall this was and install another charger. (Oh, The light is pretty at night.)

This EV charger has been a really solid “bang for your buck” upgrade. It looks sleek and modern, feels well built, and the 40A Level 2 charging is a huge step up from a standard outlet. It's fast enough to actually change your daily routine for the better. I really appreciate the long cord. The 27+ ft reach makes placement way more flexible, especially if your outlet isn’t perfectly positioned or you swap which side you park on (like we do). Setup was straightforward with the NEMA 14-50 plug and included mounting hardware. The smart features are genuinely useful too. The indicator light is helpful. The app/Wi-Fi connection lets you check status and schedule charging, which is nice for off-peak rates. I also appreciate the extra layer of control with NFC/app start as it keeps it from being used randomly. Big bonus: customer service was responsive when we had a question, which was just the cherry on top. Overall, if you want a smart Level 2 charger that performs well, looks good, and doesn’t cost a fortune, this one is a great pick. Recommend!

Easy to setup and install if you can follow instructions. Quality made product that works as described. Cord length is a bit longer than some of the competition, but I'd still like it to be longer personally. Price is on the higher side, but for the features and quality I think overall its worth it. Definitely a step up from a lvl 1 chargers speed. Works well with tesla via an adapter or with any j1772 compatible vehicle. Would recommend overall
