I got this hearing aid quickly. When I tried it the first time I was excited, because the sound was great, the quiet and noisy modes worked fine, the noise reduction worked nicely in noisy mode. But the third day I went to insert them I noticed the little plastic retainer for the sound tube and wire had detached from the housing on one side. I see another person reported this same problem as well. Since I live in Central America returns are a major hassle, so I decided to oh-so-carefully reattach the retainer with cyanoacrylate and an accelerator. It still appeared to work so I glued the other side as well. Then I noticed I could not adjust either volume or ambience mode, and it is stuck where I last used it. I imagine I can't return it, having messed with it, but hope the company fixes that build issue and any others that arise, as this unit reliably constructed could be a winner for all of us.

I bought these hearing aids as a gift for my grandfather, and they’ve been incredibly useful for him. From the first day, he noticed clearer sound and less background noise, which made conversations much easier and less tiring. He really appreciates the simple one-button operation and adjustable volume levels, since he’s not very tech savvy. The rechargeable battery is a big plus it lasts a long time, so he doesn’t have to worry about charging them constantly. They’re also comfortable and discreet, which helped him feel more confident wearing them daily. Overall, this was a thoughtful gift that truly improved his quality of life.

I ordered these for my grandma… I was nervous she wouldn’t wear them though. She can be stubborn. I helped her pull them out of the box and get them set up and showed her how to slip them on. Placed them into her ears and everything. To my surprise she said they’re lightweight and comfortable and barely realizes they are there. She wore them for a few hours that first day, we were chatting as we usually do, just girl talk gossiping and about one hour in to our chat she says to me “why are you yelling at me??” I chuckled… I said well grandma this is how I’ve been talking to you for the last five years..: I guess that means the hearing aids are working!!! She still hasn’t been able to figure out the background noise setting an sometimes she picks up too much of the background noise but I think with time she’ll figure out when to turn that option on/off. They are very USER FRIENDLY especially for someone who gets confused / frustrated easily. As long as the user remembers to charge them Ona regular basis, these are just as good as the $6,000 ones in my opinion. It has made conversations with her so much more easier and she has noticed a huge improvement on actually being able to hear people the first time without having to ask them to repeat themselves 9 times. She also doesn’t listen to the TV on volume level 100 anymore… now she listens to it at level 25 like a normal person lol…. These really have made a big difference in her life…. I’m very grateful things like this are becoming more affordable while still offering decent quality in the product. They fit her well, and come with lots of extra pieces to replace when the little rubber parts in the ear get too dirty or get worn down. They didn’t make her hearing perfect but they sure did improve her hearing and it’s a h3ll of a lot better quality compared to when she lived without them! Spend time helping your elders understand how to use them, how to wear them and what options are on them and they will surely appreciate the gesture of going above and beyond!!!!

Purchased for my wife. Good quality sound, easy to use,fast delivery. First unit RIC tube detached after 2 weeks(see attachment). Second unit RIC tube detached in about a week(see 2nd attacchment). No way to reinsert. Very difficult to find a glue for attaching silicone tubing to acrylic body(assuming those are the materials) and thin wires won't break in the process. Will be returning. Poor quality. My wife has had other brands of hearing aids and this has never happened

My husband needs amplification; it does that well. However, some consonants are still not clear to him. Audiologists were quoting $5,000-8,000 for their purported customization. But, even at those prices, the quality was less-than-perfect. There is nothing perfect around. This was a reasonable gambel that worked well enough. The box and the charging is excellent.
