The sound and size were great. The battery compartment that swings open was a bit difficult to open, not due to size but rather it feeling like the latch was stuck and had to pry it open with tweezers every time. 2 weeks of use later, the flimsy plastic hinge snapped off and broke. Came with directions came with a case cleaning tools different earpieces … Not sure if it's worth the money though

It will take you a minute to figure out how to adjust the volume but it delivers a clear sound, I have to say each case is different, and my left ear is n ot really in a bad condition hearing-wise, but this helps a lot.
