We started buying condiments at Costco in bulk, much cheaper than the small bottles at the grocery stores. At first we saved the old condiment bottles to refill from the bulk containers, but this proved to be a poor solution. The bottles were often hard to clean and refill. We started looking for condiment bottles on Amazon and found these. Very good solution. Easy to clean and refill. Easy to see what the contents are, and easy to squeeze contents out. The price is good for six large bottles. We use ours for ketchup and mayonnaise, but they could also be used for mustard, bbq sauce, salsa, paints, shampoo, etc. Very versatile. Very nice quality bottles. The tops fit tightly and give absolutely no sign of leaking or blowing off when under pressure. The tip is sized for thin liquids but is easily trimmed away for more viscous fluids. My only very minor concern is that the bottles are quite thin. This makes them easy to squeeze, but I have some concerns about longevity. The torsion on the bottle when screwing down or unscrewing the lid can be significant and it sometimes feels as though the bottle is about to twist in the middle. This is somewhat more an issue since the lid screws right down onto the shoulder of the bottle keeping you from gripping it there where the plastic is somewhat thicker. Still, no actual problem with this yet, just a potential concern. All told, these seem very nice bottles at a reasonable price. ... show more

Love the size and weight of the bottles. Work quite well for thin dressings; however, if you use them for salad dressings with spices or things such as fruit (think raspberry vinaigrette) - the openings in the top are not large enough for the spices to go through without clogging the tip. I had to cut the tips to work (and then the cap doesn’t fit snuggly). Not too big of a problem for me, but would be a problem if you want to make a nice presentation of dressings that would actually flow from the bottle. ... show more

Super happy with these bottles, I mainly use them for pepper sauce and oil but I'm sure there are tons of other uses if you make sauces. Each bottle comes with a screw on cap, and a tip that is cut to size. For more viscous liquids like oil, I frequently start with a smaller cut, and so in the future if I ever need to use the bottle for a different purpose with a liquid that is less likely to flow, I can always cut the opening wider. You cannot do the opposite, so my strategy with stuff like this has always been to cut small and then adjust as necessary. My favorite feature with these bottles is that the cap is actually held in place by the screw-on top, I'm connected by a super flexible plastic connector. This way you never lose the cap because even when you take it off it just dangles off the side and is easy to put back on the tip when you have finished using the bottle. Bear in mind these bottles are large, and they're probably more expensive on Amazon than they are if you were buying at a restaurant supply store. But they come in super handy, and since you probably don't need to buy a bulk pack of 20 of these, I actually don't mind paying a slight premium, and getting just enough to use in the house. ... show more

I purchased these hoping that they would work for my childrens art studio acrylic paints. They are FANTASTIC! They paint is not thick and it pours smoothly and you have complete control over how much paint you squirt out. Previously, I purchased 12 plastic liquid containers like the ones they use at Subway restaurants to squirt out their sandwich dressings, and I could control the amount of paint coming out and I had TONS of waste. With these bottles, I can control all of that and I used about one quarter of the paint that I used with the other bottles. The walls of the container are nice and thick. The little strip of plastic holding the cap on is somewhat thin, but if you are mindful of that I think it will last. In all, these are terrific bottles! ... show more

Bottles are thinner than I expected. I purchased to replace the current bottles that I place in a warmer. These are not a thick enough material to last in the warmer like my previous bottles did.
