I have worn these hearing aids off and on for over a week. They are comfortable to wear all day. You need to experiment with the tips to use the best one for you. The adjustments are easy and the audio response makes it easy to know where you are in the menu. The adjustments can be changed with a light touch of your finger, maybe to light. You can adjust each hearing aid separately and have 4 sound frequency profiles and 6 volume levels for each hearing aid. These did not work for me probably because of my specific hearing problem. Worked around jet engines for 50 years.

I didn't think I would like these hearing aids because I wear glasses and put my hair behind my ears, too. But they actually work better than the smaller in-the-ear aids. I highly recommend them. No whistling and they're easy to adjust.

The media could not be loaded. After purchasing these from Amazon and reading the information that came with them I realized I had purchased a little piece of Heaven. For as sure as the sun rises in the East and sets in the West you can be sure this company will back up what they claim. The K21 that they have launched is a complete improvement of the prior launch and it was one of the best for its time. The K21 is an upgrade that requires no tools for any adjustment. Just charge, clean and wear. All adjustments are made with your fingers- That’s why I say the magic touch! If you need any help you can contact their support team. They are very helpful and courteous.

The K-21 model is an upgrade for me from the K-18 which I was very pleased with. There are a lot of new features, and I'm still exploring and experimenting which ones suit my needs best. Overall, I'm very pleased with iBstone products. Their customer service is outstanding. They are very quick to respond, and I've had no trouble getting a replacement if needed.
