This is much thinner than I ever imagined. I wanted something with some heft, but it's so light and slick that it slides right off the bed most nights. That said, it's gorgeous! The colors and pattern are so beautiful! They used white thread to stitch the batting from moving in the middle, which is really incongruous with the otherwise excellent fabric. I dont worry about wrinkled bedding so I have no comment concerning wrinkles, its really avoidable to not have wrinkles.
