The analog volume dial is so small, and gives no feedback, user could never be sure if/what volume they were changing, if they were even turning it. Preset modes seemed to work as described. Ultimately returned because of difficult volume issues, but overall this could work for you. Sound quality and modes were both efficacious.

I received these hearing aids (iBstone) last week. That night I put them on the charger (included) and next morning they were ready to use. When I inserted in my ears, I couldn't believe how comfortable they felt. They are amplifying as well as any hearing aids that I have ever owned. (I have worn hearing aids for over 20 years!) I didn't give them 5 stars overall because I haven't worn them long enough for a thorough test.

I bought them because I lost one of my behind the ear hearing aids when removing my mask while leaving the doctors office. I was not ready to pay another 5K for a new set. I have purchased in-ear hearing amplifiers before and returned them all because of the "whistling" that I was subject to. I saw these and thought, "Well I'll give them a try". They offered a full refund if not happy. When I received these today and charged them up and checked them out in my ears I was scared. Then after wearing them to Pickleball I was thrilled! I have moderate hearing loss. The instructions suggested setting at the 3 level but I set at 1. Later on I increased both to the 2 setting. And the 4 amplification levels are great! I am extremely happy with these! I would highly recommend these to people that have moderate hearing loss. Just thrilled!

I could not hear any better wearing them than I could not wearing them. I lost my good hearing aids that I purchased at Costco that worked for me very well for several years, and thought I would give these a try. But, unfortunately, they were a waste of time & money. The Manufacture did nothing to remedy the problem, because the 30 day refund policy had expired, so I had to wait until the three year extended warranty which I purchased was in effect because that would not happen until the one year manufacture's warranty expired, to get a refund from them.
