Great awning! Prevented flooding during recent heavy storm events. Put it up over a doorway with a high roof overhang and it worked well! The awning material is waterproof and durable. The frame is sturdy and very stable. Putting it together was simple if you followed the printed instructions. Watching some of the videos before assemble helped understand the process and how to work the awning. A very good value and alternative to getting a permanent door roof built! Bought a couple more in various sizes to protect sides of patio!

Instructions are not fun... I guess they get you on the right track but in my opinion it felt more like they'd just reference "connect h1 to h2" and then it's just up to you to figure out what that even means lol. Maybe I'm just dumb but it took maybe 30 minutes to set up. Works good. I have no complaints. I will say it feels very flimsy/cheap but it looks just fine and I have confidence this will last at least 2 years, much longer if you just leave it alone.

Pretty good quality, however, this fell over many times and eventually broke due to the high winds in my area. 20mph winds might be too much for this

Its okay. Wasn't terrible to install but the fabric isnt entirely waterproof. Rain did soak through mine. Still kept my porch relatively dry for coverage to wipe my dogs feet. Im concerned if theres heavy rain it wont hold up.

Bought one of these for mom's porch, as she gets brutal afternoon sun. She liked it, so bought a second one for morning sun protection! Easy to install, but it does take room people. Great for her rental house, since she can't put up anything permanent. Fell down in a nor'easter, but no damage to it.

This is the absolute coolest thing you could ever buy for an apartment balcony works perfect it was fairly easy to set up WE Love it !! When everybody else has their lucky ass umbrellas we have this awesome awning looks like this not even that much more than a cheap umbrella!
