I'm size 7.5, so I figured I'd get the 8 in case I'm going to wear thick socks with them. Even with the thick socks, there's still too much room. I just ordered the size 7, so these size 8s will be going back as soon as I try on the 7s to see if they'll fit better. Overall, it's a good product and looks/feels well made, but longevity remains to be seen. Update: received these and tried them on with my extra thick hunting socks, and they fit perfect!!
