Very good quality amplifier
For years, my mom has been very stubborn about hearing aids. We told her to try a pair, but she refused and was quoted some crazy high prices (over $3000 ), so she was very much against them ...... She finally tried them on after I surprised her . When she put it on, the look on her face said it all. Her eyes burst into tears ...... I could see her hearing something she hadn't heard in a long time. For something so special, I think this hearing aid was well worth the purchase.

Very difficult to understand instructions. Some things not defined. I've only had them two days. They may work bit I have to guess at how to adjust them. I reserve judgement.

So far so good!
I am 78 and my kids have been bugging me to get hearing aids. I didn't want to spend 2K so figured I would try these first. The difference is unbelievable. My son said after 1 wearing: Mom, your aids make you more fun to be with. Done. I was at church and the fans were on. That didn't work well, as the hum of the fans was masking other sounds. Won't wear them in a situation like that again, but overall, a no brainer. These work great for me.

Simple but effective
Purchased these for my mother-in-law who's hearing loss is moderate. She has some trouble getting them in/out due to arthritis. She did not want aids that had to be fitted around her ear so choose this style. She is also on a fixed income so was pleased with the price. She has only worn them a few days but we can now speak normally to be heard! Now my father-in-law want to borrow them to see if he wants a pair :)

I have very limited hearing and was always asking what. Now I hear without having to ask and people don't get irritated for always having to repeat themselves. The price was definitely right.

Works Great
Fantastic hearing at reasonable cost. I should have ordered sooner. I can hear so many things that I could not hear before. Best part is being able to take an active role in conversations with my family.They were extremely easy to get used to. I am very pleased with this product.

I have been enjoying using these a lot, I have had a wonderful time being able to hear more sounds and being more present in conversations. These were are a big part of my daily life now, and they were easy enough to add to it.
