Extremely tinny sound, lots of feedback even at minimal volume. I sent the first one back and they sent me a second- with no improvement. The packaging is of higher quality than the product. I cannot recommend these to anyone.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 3 years. Love the in-the-ear size of this product but the left one I've been wearing for a year still isn't functioning well. I thought it was me but now I'm wondering if it was defective. The right one works very well.

I have worn high-end hearing aids for over eight years and continue to do so daily. Make no mistake....these are appropriate only what they are advertised for: hearing amplifiers. They amplify sound. They don't modify it to an individual's specific needs. For the price, why should they? They are great for the intended purpose and are a great value. I use mine as a supplement to my regular aids, which are over-the -ear (RIC) and are a total pain with mask wearing. I've had my regular aids slingshot across parking lots when removing a mask. These in-the -ear (CIC) aids do not get in the way at all. I also use them for strenuous outdoor activity. I am a bit concerned that the lack of any reference to replacement domes and wax filters could render these units useless at some point and would give these 5 stars if replacements were readily available. This review is specifically for the red (right) unit, but applies equally to the blue (left). I do like that these are sold separately, and are therefore individually replaceable if necessary. ... show more

The reason why I order a couple of these already because every time I order one the battery cover brakes or the volume doesn't work I got to keep pushing the volume button with my finger so I can hear when I let it go the sound goes that's why I order this one the ones I was buying they were using batteries 312 perfect hearing now I got a whole bunch of 312 batteries here two packs and I can't even use it on this hearing aid because this hearing aid is a 10 ... show more

Color is nice. I could not use this aid. Even with the smallest dome cover it was to big to fit diwn in my ear properly. It kept coming out.

Update... feeling sheepish... found the tool, it's black, look in the front of the little box. screaming stops immediately upon you letting go of it once seated in ear,(very quickly). I received it today. My ears have never encountered an ear bud that fits comfortably until now. Sorry miracle ear, you're good stuff. I can hear much better with no weird noise. ORIGINAL: Nothing but a screaming high tone. No effective tool for volume, instructions are inadequate. I can't even review the operation of it because I can't figureout how to make it stop screaming. ... show more

This hearing amplifier did work, but after only a few uses, it started to whistle all the time, and became unusable. I was disappointed, because it worked really well the first few times. I bought plenty of extra batteries, and changed them out, cleaned the product, adjusted it in my ear, but the whistling continued. Very disappointed. ... show more
