  • It works!
This product works! My mom 95 yrs old lost both hearing aids during hospital visits. After hospital to nursing home for re-hab. Difficulty hearing, everyone wearing masks can't read lips, so we gave this a try. It is very simple, rotate the knob for OFF/ON and volume. Charge seems to last a day or more, as she forgets to turn off. I get there, put it on the charge, seems to take a little more than an hour to fully recharge-light turns green. So we can have a conversation without shouting in her ear! Hopefully we get the new hearing aids soon. But for now it works. Delivery was quick! Thank you! ... show more

  • Piece of junk. Never worked NOT ONE TIME
We ordered this amplifier for my dad because the other brand was discontinued. This is a piece of crap. Don’t buy, buyer beware. Had my dad not been in memory care & I didn’t live out of state we would of returned for a full refund

  • Didn’t last
Liked the noise cancellation function . Sound was clear. Sadly it had an intermittent issue with the microphone connection had to return it in less than a month.

  • Works well
I have some hearing loss due to attending too many really loud rock concerts in my youth. My hearing aids are very helpful, but the acoustics in the sanctuary of the church that I attend are poor, and I sometimes can't understand some of what the preacher says, even with my hearing aids turned up all the way (which causes some distortion). I leave the hearing aids at their normal setting and then wear these headphones over the hearing aids and increase the sound volume with the unit's microphone. This works very well for me. I hear everything better and miss very little, if anything at all. The volume is very easy to adjust. My only complaint is that some parts are white, which makes the headphones look cheap to me. I would prefer all of it to be black. I do have some concern that the plastic may not be sturdy enough to last a long time, but I guess that's a trade-off to keep the headphones light weight - a definite plus. I also tried the headphones without my hearing aids to watch TV, and they worked very well for that. But then I wouldn't be able to hear my wife so well, so I probably won't use them for TV. For someone that doesn't have hearing aids, but needs some help without cranking the TV too loud for other people in the room, these headphones would be an excellent choice. ... show more

  • Relief from regular hearing aid
Really good sound quality but headset can get uncomfortable to outer ear structure after 3 hours. Still better than hearing aid that tickles my ear canal and itches. I’m keeping this device.

  • JUNK
This amplifier is so cheaply made and the background feedback is terrible. The 100.00 price is outrageous. The only thing it accomplished was upsetting my elderly parent when it failed to work .

  • Amplifier overload
Purchased based on all the five star reviews. The entire system seemed well designed and worth the price, however there was one major problem that I was not able to overcome and unfortunately had to return. Any extraneous movement or contact with wires resulted in extreme amplified noise, scratching ? way over 100 decibels ( I needed to amplify at between 50-75% of the units gain). Worked fine for watching television provided I did not move or eat, etc. Even set up a vice on table to hold the microphone and unplug when I wanted to get up or change the channel, but then if I set something down on the table, bang!, and felt like my hearing was being destroyed instead helped. Sorry. ... show more
