no need to look further, these are the ones. starting with the cute convenient carrying case that keeps them charged at all times during the day. I’ve never been able to afford the $3500/hearing aid so at 60 yrs old I heard my voice for the 1st time and was horrified. my family has complained about the volume of it due to my loss of hearing so my 1st attempt at wearing these was a nightmare. FULL DISCLOSURE….it was not the product that was a nightmare. I should’ve been in a more quiet environment my 1st time ever wearing one. I was worried they would be bulky and hard to work and for over-the-ear hearing aids they’re not, at all, and barely visible. There are different attachments to ensure a snug fit in ur ear canal, also. the BEST feature of these aids is the ability to filter out background noise. it has a 16-channel digital amplifier that has a volume control that allows you to modify levels according to your needs in the moment, i.e. listening to music without distortion, being in a crowd, talking to a loved one, etc ... show more

My boyfriend has been using these hearing aides for 6 months now. He is totally happy with the sound, quality, comfort and ease of them. I tried about 6 other aides and non of them compared to these, and those were all returned and these were definitely a keeper! Great value for the money.

    • UNABLE TO RETURN IF YOU ARE IN HAWAII - update
The hearing aids were ok, just not for me...I found that trebly noises were extremely amplified to the point that it interfered with hearing normal conversation. They may work for others but not for me. My problem is that when I tried to return to Whole Foods which was the only option given they would not accept it because it has an internal lithium battery in it and presents an issue when sending from Hawaii. I was told at Whole Foods to contact customer service at Amazon for the appropriate method to return. I did that and they could not understand the issue and hung up on me. I then contacted the seller who also didn't understand why it wasn't accepted at Whole Foods. Just know that if you are in Hawaii don't expect to be able to return these - I wish I had known before purchasing them. Why can they send it to me but I can't return them? UPDATE: The seller has decided to issue me a full refund after acknowledging that there is an issue with hawaii returning a lithium battery. I appreciate this response and customer service. I give that 5 stars for their response. The hearing aids are ok - they do amplify the sound but they are just not ideal for me - they may work well for others. ... show more

I am 21 years old and I am hard of hearing. First off, the ear piece that you would insert into your ear is not the same as advertised or even pictured on the box. (See picture attached.) The high pitched feedback that I kept hearing was highly frustrating until I figured out the proper adjustment size for the tubing and ear piece, BUT no matter what volume selected I could hear the sound of my hair brushing against the hearing aid due to the microphone being right on top of the device. It did not stay behind my ear very well, I feel as though it was just balancing carefully. I do not think it would be practical for me to wear during my hands on job. Did it amplify volume? Yes. Did it sound like I was inside of a video game? Yes. Not good!! The sound quality was not lifelike. I’m writing this as I box it up to ship it back. To be any type of fair, after an hour of trying to figure it out just to realize it sounded like garbage, I just had enough and came here to write this review. Will this product work for others? It may, but I’m telling you, at best the volume could be amplified but not in a pretty sounding way. I honestly feel ripped off. ... show more

I've been having hearing issues for a long time. This product helps it in occasions when I need to hear clearly. Doesn't seem like it does well for sounds far off though. If you need for now that doesn't break the bank, these are worth it.

I purchased these hearing aids for my mom, who has experienced mid-ear loss in both ears. After using them for three months, she has found them to be extremely convenient to charge with the magnetic charger. She has also mentioned that she can easily distinguish voices even when the speaker is not directly in front of her—a remarkable improvement in her daily life. She appreciates the comfort and lightweight design of the hearing aids, noting that they no longer fall off her ear bridge as her previous ones did. Once inserted, they are barely noticeable, providing a discreet experience. The case is also practical as it displays the remaining battery charge level, offering more insight than a simple on/off indicator. Despite trying to identify any drawbacks, we have struggled to find any. The only minor suggestion would be to introduce additional color options, such as a flesh tone. In conclusion, if you or a loved one are in need of an affordable and effective hearing aid solution, these devices are highly recommended.     • Great little aid
These things are great for the price! I was worried about them being quite large and uncomfortable to wear, or that they wouldn't have clear sound. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only are these quite small for over the ear hearing aids, but that wearing them long term is very comfortable. The battery life on these lasts a full day of work and then some, I've never once had them die on me while wearing them. The case is also a nice little touch! Not only does it keep the hearing aids safe but it acts as a charging dock for them. The case has its own battery so even if these happen to run put of battery during the day, you can just slip them into the case and charge them on the go. The lid to the case is held in place by some form of magnetism, not the best but it does the job. In the box you also get some extra peices to adjust the fit inside your ear to maximize comfort while wearing them. Honestly if you think you might need hearing aids but can't afford prescription aids, I would highly recommend these little fellas! ... show more
