As I don’t use it, I can only tell you what she said about them. She said they work just as good as the ones that she had before. They work about the same way too which means it’s easy to use. She said they are pretty comfortable and good value. Her previous ones were around the same price. She said she’ll keep these as a backup once she gets her prescription ones back. The sound quality is not good at all. It amplifies the high pitch sounds and cuts-off everything else. The description says that this is 16-channel device, but it sounds like one channel device. In windy condition all you can hear is wind noise. Very loud though. It's next to impossible to watch TV with this device. All sounds are off. Not recommended.

Loud but noisey with alot of feedback, can't put a phone up to your ear with out a squeel, fit fine, but should be aroune $49.00, not much info and the web site has no links for customer service.Adjustments are easy but not much help
