Detroit Axel brake kit for 2005 Honda Civic. This is the second order in row to show up with damaged packaging. I had to send the last one back because the parts had a defect (not Detroit Axil). This time, after looking the parts over, they appear to be good quality and in good shape. I'm going to install them and hope that I don't find any damage or defects later. I'll be updating this review about the performance after I install the parts and test drive the car. Hopefully, I can add another star. Update: I have installed the new brake kit and have been driving for a few days. I must say, in spite of the damaged packaging, the parts were all in good condition. The install was straight forward and I am very pleased with quality and performance. Plus, the slotted and drilled rotors look real cool behind my alloy rims. Pretty sure this is the same brand that was on the car when I bought it. Took 10 min to install and had a little vibration after first installed but smoothed out after 10 miles. No noise, no vibration, seem to be wearing well after a week.

    • Excellent quality and fit
I helped my nephew put a set of these on his Ford Exploder and I was so impressed that I ordered a set for my wife's Honda Civic. As with the Ford the rotors and pads were of outstanding quality and fit perfectly. They perform well. I highly recommend this product and Detroit Axle too.
