As a first-time user, this hearing aids provided crystal clear with clarity and surprisingly lightweight. It added no pressure to my ears while using the aids. While I wish for the cord to be slightly longer, it did not cause any discomfort nor trouble when used. They might well be a decent hearing aide, I did like the size of them for behind the ear, but I received a set that had sone defects in one of them, it was not functioning at all, I could even get it to turn on, I sent them back.
