I finally had to take them out and put them away…permanently. I just couldn’t get them to stay in comfortably, they actually fell out a few times. Trying to get them in correctly latterly gave me a migraine, it whistles constantly. Once in, I was able to get the screaming to stop, and adjust the volume. But I had the volume change every time I turned my head. On the positive side, I do believe, if you don’t want to go to the expensive of professional hearing aids, these will do the trick. Even at the lowest sound level it was a huge improvement over no hearing aids. Takes a few minutes to get use to the surrounding sounds, fan, ac, breathing 😊, but they work. So if you’re patient and willing to learn the trick of getting them in properly, I say give them a try. ... show more

the hearing aid looks very good. It's very convenient to carry. It can be charged anytime and anywhere. You don't need to buy a battery. I'm very satisfied Used to talk to wife. Learing to use outside. Had these for about a year. would buy again.
