User Manual is eighteen pages long covering mechanical and user wearing aspects of In-Ear Hearing Amplifier Aids. In my use and experience it took several days to about two weeks to acclimate wearing the devices. The two basic adjustments are Volume and selection of proper Dome for good operation. Adjusting to wearing these in-ear amplifiers took some time, perseverance and patience in my experience. Volume i start at lowest level and move higher to meet hearing needs and not incur “ squeal “ know as feedback. Second the Domes need to be comfortable and also help seal the device into the ear. I start with the Domes as factory installed. In my case I used a larger solid Dome for right ear and remained with softer Factory Installed Dome for Left ear. This worked, creating a good seal eliminating potential squeal. I wanted to test these devices as received and was pleasantly surprised. Both devices were charged and ready to use right from the Manufacturer. Normal speech with people in my residence resulted in normal sound. Speech from television was somewhat muffled with sound in treble range. Music was treble in sound with some residual resonance. But……bottom line….. I can hear and the G19 Devices are making it possible. Recommended….. Four ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars. Your time and interest looking at this REVIEW appreciated. Thank you! These hearing aides are small and discreet which I like. They are great at amplifying the sounds around you. I have to be careful because in large public spaces the sounds are too much. The volume works very simply and you an adjust it. I love that it works so well because it keep it on the lowest volume. They are very simple to use and once you turn them on you pop them in your ear and find your sweet spot. I would recommend for anyone to try when looking for hearing aide options

The media could not be loaded. These hearing aids from GALINAND / VINEME are amazing! I have always heard how expensive hearing aids are from friends and family members. They also always mention having to change the batteries often. So the ability to get these hearing aids with Prime shipping in just a few days - as well as having them rechargeable is staggering to me. The sound & quality are very good and the volume adjustments work as expected. Be sure to remove the plastic so that the hearing aids start charging in the case. The only issue that we had was that the manual was lying on top of the case during shipping. The blue from the manual rubbed off onto the front of the hearing aid case. I was able to remove this slight line of discoloration with dish soap and a white hi polymer eraser. If that had not worked, I might have tried a magical eraser. Now the case looks perfect. See my video ( in the pictures) for an up close look at the hearing aids and charger case. It was fun to figure out all the little details about how things work. I only rate products five stars if they are over-the-top or phenomenal. These hearing aids from GALINAND / VINEME deserve that rating. 5 Stars I hope my experience, opinions, thoughts and video help someone that’s trying to make the right decision.

Connect to Bluetooth easily, they also show how much battery life is left on the case. These charge via a USB-c port in the back of the case. It’s not wireless. The hearing aids are lightweight and easy to stay put. I ordered these for my partner who works in a kitchen and had previously suffered a TBI and has some cognitive issues. He previously had an over the ear unit that was helping but it had a fair amount of feedback. He said these are more comfortable and have much less tinny sound/feedback. He’s able to make out his coworkers more clearly.

These little aids are convenient because they have a rechargeable base just like Bluetooth headphones. However, they’re not quite as strong as an a that you would get from a professional, of course. So they are more designed for mild hearing loss.

This hearing aid device fits my father perfectly. The charging case looks like an Apple Airpod, but bigger. The hearing aids themselves look like headphones or pods, which is a plus. They are very intuitive, and you don't even need to read the manual. They have an on/off switch on each one of them. They also have a wheel/knob on them for the volume, which you can control with a teeny tiny screwdriver that comes in the package. Wonderful quality and my dad was very happy.

I tried them right away. I was impressed with the clarity and the intensity of the sounds. I could literally hear the crunching of the carpet/shoes after every step I was giving while walking. It was very interesting and also a bit confusing in the sense that I could perceive many more sounds than without the device. I am very happy with the product and the difference it makes.
