The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this massage chair and use it every single day - it’s quickly become a part of our daily routine. It has so many different modes, massage techniques, and pressure adjustments that it really feels customizable to what your body needs. My husband is almost 6 feet tall and he fits perfectly in the chair, which was a big deal for us as other massage chairs we had in the last were too small for him or didn’t fit his shoulder properly for a good full body massage, but this one fits him comfortable from heads to toe. The foot massage could be stronger but the airbag compensates for it. It’s a solid 5 stars from me. Just a heads up, the chair is heavy. You’ll definitely need two strong people to move it, especially if you’re going up stairs. But once we got it up to our porch area, the wheels made it easy to roll into place in the living room. At first we thought the screen wasn’t working but it has a testing period where it detects/measures your body so the massage can conform to your individual body. What a cool feature to make everyone’s massage fit our different body shape. Totally worth it.

I would prefer a moderate massage intensity, but I have been unable to adjust it to the right level, which is quite perplexing. The same issue arises during leg massages. After several uses, the footrest of the massage chair has developed an unpleasant odor, and the material makes it difficult to clean. I compared it with other products and found this one to be the most advantageous, but I have had such a poor experience that I am considering trying massage chairs from other manufacturers.
