The SL-track design gives a full shiatsu massage to the whole back, and the body scan automatically adjusts the pressure and position. This chair is good, but for the price I paid-completely regret it. Can't have focused area, adjust width from shoulder to tailbone, does not support neck: massage OK, but your neck with hurt even 10 minutes in. Don't buy, chair is maybe a $500 value, I paid $900 too much.

I did a lot of research on massage chairs. In person and online .I finally pick on this one because the reviews ,features ,color and price. This chair has everything you need. The massage chair arrived very well package and protected. I am so happy with this massage chair ,From the moment it arrived, I could tell it was high quality. It come fully assembled, I didn’t have to do much except plug the cord in and zip the foot piece on to the bottom. The back of the chair is on wheels so you can pick it up from the front and move it to where you need it to be. I have health issues, the back problems and the massage chair has been very helpful. It has definitely helped with my back pain and circulation in my legs. As a result, it has helped me sleep better at night. I have been using for two weeks, so far ,love it so much. The chair will do a fit check everytime you get in and turn it on for about one minute, then it will start the last used massage. Use the table to set up whatever you like. It’s super comfortable to just sit in, and it can recline to zero gravity which is nice. High recommended
