This Chair is amazing, I have been eying a Massage Chair for along time and going inbetween brands and reading reviews and looking at features. Im 6'2 230lbs, i have plenty of room in this things, my wife is 5'8 and 130lbs she looks small in it and she likes it too, our kids use it however they are small so they are dwarfed in it. The intensity can be alot, the Chair will do a fit check everytime you get in and turn it on for about 1 min then it will start the last used massage, familiarize the the tablet and look at it all so you know exactly what to do when you get in and how you like it. Sometimes I just want a butt massage so I change my setting just for that. Its a great value for what it does. It came fully assembled i didnt have to do much except plug the cable in and zip the foot piece on to the bottom, the hardest part was getting it out of the box. The Black and Gold look reqlly nice, its super comfortable to just sit in, it can recline to zero gravity which is nice. If you have been on the fence this is the one for you! My only gripe is i wish I had more adjustable features, what I mean by that is i wish I could just tap on the controls where I want the massage, I can still achieve what I want it just take a few seconds longer than I would like to get it where I want it. Yesterday I had a really bad migraine so I got in the chair adjusted the settings for a 30 minute soothing massage and put on my eye massager and passed out! I felt 100 times better afterwards. If I had the room I would buy a second or even two more so the rest of my family doesn't keep getting in mine lol. ... show more

This does not reach the main lumbar curvature. I am 5'6 and my feet do not reach the foot massaging part. There is no head support. It is loud and is getting louder each time it is turned on. The phone charger does not work. If they refunded me the full amount, without picking it up, I would take it straight to the dump. ... show more

Comfortable and effective. Has great pressure in all areas including the forearm and calve squeezes. The only small issue I have is the feet. Sitting normally, it's hard for the bottom of your feet to fully touch the bottom and I'm 5'9. You will have to scoot up or put the chair fully into zero gravity for the bottom of your feet to touch. ... show more
