Flickers with any hdmi signal. TCL Support has not been helpful, they sent a technician to attempt to fix the issue but the issue was not resolved so now I’m just stuck with a broken tv that has been broken since the day I bought it. My prior TCL TV from 2020, another low/mid level model from that time has better picture quality, and doesn’t slow down in the menus like this one does. I’m not sure how they messed this tv up so badly but it’s a huge disappointment and feels like a waste of money. Last time I’ll be getting anything from TCL. ... show more

As others have stated, the app and remote lag on this thing was extremely annoying. With that said, we've had it for two months now and it has gotten a lot better. While it still exists, even when using regular cable tv input, it is not nearly as bad as it was. We got around it by using our AppleTV4k for a lot of apps for a long time, but now that the lag has gotten better, we don't do that as much. The remote right out the box did not work. After 9 calls to the Phillipeans, they decided to send me a new one but it won't be one for the tv because they are out of stock. I wiil get a fire stick remote!!! The tv will not pair with hulu. Watch it for 15-20 minutes and it kicks back to hulu homescreen. None of the tcl experts can help rectify the problem. Can I give this product a -5 stars?????! Amazon, do not sell this product!!!! ... show more
