amazing pre workout, the fruit punch flavor is amazing also 10/10 taste 10/10 focus and pump, it is a shame this brand is not as big as it should be this stuff was a serious close match of Rich Piana's Kill It pre workout from when he was still alive.

I am currently still using the product as a preventive measure. So, I cannot say for sure it is working. I generously give 4 stars and not five because the powder is so fine it is like powdered sugar. It is messy to handle and the product can easily be lost. They do provide a scoop found inside the container. Another positive is the product is very lightly sweet and dissolves immediately. Unfortunately, it is too expensive for me. I use more than the serving size on a daily basis, so I do not get 50 servings out of it.

I have tried other D-Mannose powders. I never felt right while taking them. While researching for a better product, I found an article that said many D-Mannose powders are made from corn. I researched further and found this product is not made from corn, but from Birch trees. To be sure, I researched further about the corn vs birch idea and felt good about trying this product. I've been using it for about 7 months now with excellent results and no feeling sick or "off" - I am very grateful for this product.

Effectiveness 4 to 5 stars. This formula works well and helps to reduce my horrible menstrual cramping; combine it with chaste tree berry to up the pain relief. You take 8 per serving. The container has 200 (they are very small, so it's easy to take all 8 at once). I take as many servings a day as necessary (usually 2-3 times a day during menstruation). I have bought this because the awesome Ba Zhen Wan formula I used to buy from an American company has been out of stock over 9 months. This had been a cheap and effective solution in the meantime. These pills work really great, and Ba Zhen Wan is an incredible and super effective formula for menstrual support and counteracts the negative effects of my cycle. I haven't experienced any side effects with these "tea" pills whatsoever in the past or present. I'd rather get the American formula, but these are a very close runner up and super cheap!
