It just feels good and intuitive. The magnets are really strong. The feel of it is nice. It’s surprisingly not bulky. The pencil slips right into the side (which I didn’t know it had that feature when I ordered it). It’s my first iPad and I put the case on before trying to sync the pencil. My first thought was that the case would block it, but found out it has a place for it and it feels seamless. Opening it at first seemed awkward because there is no right side tab or lip to open it, only top and bottom. I didn’t even notice that I was flicking it open with my thumb one handed within minutes. The multiple notches for kickstand without adding gross bulk!?!? And hidden air vents? I usually hate cases, and go through many to find one I like. I got lucky this time. First one I bought and it’s perfect for me. As long as it doesn’t fall apart in a year, I’m loyal. It’s extremely well designed and precisely manufactured. Shockingly so.

I bought this Zulu case for a iPad Mini 6 and it’s a perfect fit. I bought this in black and the color is accurate. The magnetic closure and magnetic angles make it easy to watch at whatever angle is comfortable. I wish they made this for even older models of iPad minis, so I bought buy my partner one. I’ve had this cover for at least 2 years and it’s holding up really well.

I have bought a lot of saq cases over the years and I have to say this case is worth its high price. when you combine high quality materials with solid workmanship you should expect to pay more. The features make my iPad much more user friendly and rock solid. The materials used are soft and it stays on very well. The pencil holders are great, one with wireless charging and the other for if you don’t want it charging. My favorite screen protector is fully compatible with this case. The screen cover fits nicely keeping your screen protected when not using your ipad. The cover stays on your screen until you are ready to use it again. Also, if you want to you can have you ipad sleep while the cover is closed and wake when you open it to improve battery life. My favorite thing about the ZUGU case design is the covers magnetic capabilities allow you to open it all the way, stick it to any flat metal surface such as a refrigerator or a metal door. To top it off you can flip out the magnetic kick stand into one of the 7 slots to prop your iPad in landscape mode to 7 different angles. With this many features you would think that some are probably gimmicky or don’t function well but overall they all continue to work as intended and after almost 2 years of use it still looks super sleek. I got the black color the black color to maintain the most professional look. I bought my wife the pine color and she loves it. I have invested a lot of money in ZUGU cases. This review is for my 6th Gen iPad mini but it really applies to all of the ZUGU cases that I own. My step daughters and my own iPad Air 3, and my wife’s iPad Air 4. Be I have only had to replace my wife’s case one time after 3 years of daily use. This was partially because i tried to clean it using a microfiber and something like windex and it rubbed some of material off which got worse over time ( I don’t recommend doing this) I recommend using leather shoe cleaner instead but only on the outside and be very gentle. Take your time and you will definitely like the results. For the inside fabric, try not to get it dirty because its very fragile and its where my wife’s case started having issues. I use compressed air at an extremely low psi a few times a year to clean the inside. The iPads install into the case easily and it stay’s on. You can remove your iPad just as easy. This is a long review but I felt that I have to share my experience here in hopes that you won’t waste your money on any other case (not even one from apple) Im not rich and they’re not cheap but the protection and it’s features make it an investment on your investment.
