I returned these after a few days, the hard plastic that goes to the ear piece makes it hard to wear for adult ears. If your environment has background noise it crackles a bit to the point that you can only hear that. the "noise reduction button" beeps really loud in your ear a lot and painfully and the best thing is the button has 4 settings of more and more noise. Tl;Dr spend the extra 20 dollars and get a better pair. ... show more

Son cómodos prácticos fácil de llevar y cumplen con su función. Pero el volúmen al manipularlos se distorciona y lentamente debí calibrarlos, los utiliza un tío q ya es mayor y no sabe como calibrarlo por eso diría yo q es el único defecto.

Like that it delivers, what is intended. An inexpensive, high quality amplifier. Still a bit difficult to understand some specific words. So what. Still provides this 77 year old a much improved quality of communication. Just bought another pair, so now of have 3 aids, since all ready lost one.
