They worked great….for 3 months. Purchased for elderly father. He conceded and used them. After some adjustment, they worked great for him until the left one decreased in all volume by at least 95%. The right one has decreased by at least 50%. They’ve been cleaned, charged and treated as directed yet they have just completely stopped working the way they should. Sad, too, because my father did like them, the fit and the initial sound quality and volume.

I chose these because I have tiny ears hoping they'd fit but they ended up kind of bulky for me. They screech a lot whenever I lay down or something brushes right pass my ear like my coat or a sweater. They do their work and help me hear better so while not the best, they're all right.
