These hearing aids are good, so far! I've been using them off for about a month but when I do use them, they amplify all sounds nicely and are far easier to insert and use than the old ones which hook over your ear. I never wore hearing aids before so of course there is a learning curve but it's really nice to hear everything! ... show more

This item was defective from the start. Regardless of how I tried to adjust it, there as constant feedback noise ... impossible to use. I contacted seller and was refunded my money. They promised that that they would send me an updated pair of hearing aids but the never did. I wouldn't buy any products from this seller... ... show more

Disappointing. Several times these got "stuck" in my ear - embarrassing and disturbing as they howled while I was frantically attempting to dig them out ... I won't use them again. The sound was OK when they were in place. I will replace them with something easier to fit and control.

When I travel I do not hear well in airports, I can not hear far away or with lots of noise around me. They work well. I tried many cheap hearing aids but was shocked how great they look and everything abut them and I hear well. We tried the devices for 2 hours with all the tips, charged them well, volume control, watched troubleshooting videos, etc. All they do is a constant whistling sound as soon as it gets close to your ear! Which is super annoying while you are adjusting and keeps doing it whenever there is a slight movement. Super annoying and less intuitive. Returned them next morning.
