This stuff is superior because it has a shorter layer that’s like a yellowish color that looks like the underneath dead/old layer underneath the fresh green growth. Which sounds weird but is how actual grass grows so this stuff looks so real!!

I ordered 2 13x25 pieces. They arrived very quickly. It takes a few days of warm sun to get the creases to flatten. It's a decent turf. I have a better quality, twice as expensive section on another part of the property and wanted something cheap for the dogs. This looks pretty good. I did have to turn one piece around after I laid it to get the nap to match the other side. I haven't put fill in it and probably won't. It hasn't rained yet, but we'll see how it how it holds up under a true downpour. It's not super soft or thick, but it will serve my purpose just fine. The picture shows some of the creases. Part of it is my fault. I didn't level the ground. I just unrolled the turf. I have another section that I will soon buy this same stuff for.

I got three 4x6 rolls of artificial turf- Weidear brand, Heyroll brand, and ZGR Home&Garden brand all sold by amazon. I was pretty surprised when all 3 turf rolls came packaged the exact same way in a yellow potato sack kind of material with the exact same care instruction sticker on the outside. Unrolled all 3 are virtually indistinguishable, exact same dimensions, material, fullness, and color. Heyroll is listed for $1 cheaper than the other two and all 3 brands have current coupons for various amounts. Because they are basically the exact same product, the only way I can give them a hierarchy is based on price. Considering the coupons, the order they would be chosen is Heyroll at a total discounted price of $40.04, followed by Weidear at 40.47, and the ZGR brand coming in last place at 41.39. In terms of the product itself, it's a nice green color with a bit of a variety in tones, and appears to have good drainage. The bottom is a rubber like textured material and it seems heavy duty. It did take a few days to fluff up from it coming rolled. Overall, it's great for the price and much cheaper than box stores but just know you are likely getting an alibaba product consisering 3 different brands were the exact same. At a distance there are slight color variations due to the 4 grass tones but up close they are the same.

Wanted to use this a temp base to set my fireplug pee-post on to give my grass a break. Works good, not bad for the price. But it’s designed more for an outdoor mat since it doesn’t have that many drain holes. If you need more drainage you’ll need to put more holes in it. But for the price, it’s worth it.

I like that I was able to buy the size I needed. The quality is better than the one I found at my home store. Looks real and the details of the grass is very realistic. Very satisfied with this purchase. It gets extremely hot with the sun but just take the same precautions as if it was tile or concrete. The smell I hope fades away in few days.

I ordered a bunch of these Artificial Grass roles from different brands to compare and contrast... but as it turns out, they're all entirely identical, with only the slightest variation on length. These smell pretty bad right out of the packaging, but it isn't noticeable after airing out. The inside-end of the roll also takes a bit to relax and stay flat, but eventually does with some coaxing and time in the sun. It's wrapped in cling wrap, then a tarp-like wrap on the outside. When handling it, it leaves a substance on my hands... I feel like more time in the sun will only cause it to leach more, so I think this will always be a problem, but it's more prevalent on the bottom than on the grass portion. The grass itself feels decent on bare skin. It didn't shed too much, and vacuums nicely. The rubber backing has little holes in it to pin to the ground, as needed. The width measures 4 feet, but the length seems to vary slightly between 71-72 inches. It all comes down to price, and this one seems competitive if you only need a small amount.
