I waited to review until I had the product for a few month. They are very good amplifiers--"television ears". They do not cancel out background noise. After the initial charge of the container and hearing aids, they are portable for quite a long time. Read your instructions carefully. They are good. I could not figure out how to change the existing ear pieces to any of the other supplied ear pieces. Not a deal breaker. The original ones are fine. Price was great, quality is good and I am satisfied with my purchase. Update: I have had them longer now and they are holding up well. I sometimes use only one earpiece as I lie on the other ear. They are easily adjusted for sound. I am amazed at how long they hold a charge. It was a good purchase.

Ordered because the reviews were really good. DO NOT BUY! I’ve tried every single trouble shooting tip, earplug size, cleaning, charging completely, and still have no luck. There is a static sound, almost like a white noise machine, no matter the volume. Not to mention, every customer service method corrects issues for a completely different product, with information indicating Bluetooth connectivity and a reset button that isn’t present on the device. Very disappointed.

This Hearing amplifier does not replace a medical hearing aid. It amplifies the sounds which is hard to hear, the volume control functionality is great. Decent battery life. Fits snugly behind the ear and not too heavy. Functions as advertised.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have a severe hearing loss and wear prescription hearing aides. Unfortunately, my grand doggie ate on of them. Replacing one was not cost effective and I really didn’t want to spend money on a new pair before researching the brands as the technology changes so often be and the amplifiers go within 5 years. So, I bought a pair of these for less than $40 and they are well worth the money. Perfect for tv watching and face-to-face conversations. The drawback I found is that they are a little large for my ears and if I turn the volume up to maximum one of them whistles. Other than that, for $40 they are well worth the money!

My grandmother loves how discreet they are. The build quality is durable, too; they feel durable and well-crafted, like they’re made to last. The packaging is another highlight. They work alright, but I have to turn the volume down before I take them out and then turn them off or I get a loud beep sound. After trying all the sizes if inserts, they still don’t stay in perfectly. The sound is a bit distorted. They help but I wish they worked better. I also have to keep adjusting the part that goes behind my ear so it doesn’t fall off my ear. Glad to have the, but they could be better. I’m planning on trying ones that just insert into my ear without the thing that goes in back of the ear
