We finally got these behind-the-ear hearing aids for my mom after she struggled for a while, and I just have to say, they have made such a wonderful difference in her life. The biggest improvement has been the sound quality. She told me that for the first time in years, voices don't sound muffled anymore. Everything is clear and natural, which means she doesn't have to constantly ask people to repeat themselves. It's reduced her frustration so much. What she probably loves the most is the noise cancellation feature. Before, being in a busy place like a family gathering or a grocery store was overwhelming for her—just a wall of noise. Now, these hearing aids seem to know what to focus on. She can sit at a family dinner and actually follow the conversation at our table without being distracted by all the other chatter and clattering in the background. It's been a huge relief for her. I was also worried that the settings would be too complicated for her, but it's been surprisingly easy. We were able to set up a few custom programs for her main environments: one for quiet times at home, one for watching TV, and one for when she's out and about. My husband has been needing a hearing aid for a long time, but we were waiting to find an affordable one. I didn't know what to expect from this one, but we were happily surprised. He's hearing the TV without blasting the volume, and he can hear low voices from across the room. The hearing aid is large and a bit bulky behind the ear, but he's not complaining. He has flexible cartilage, so it doesn't bother him too much. He's been adjusting the volume for different situations. He's able to do it without removing the device from his ear. When my parrot screams, it sounds much louder. He also hears extraneous noise, which bothers him somewhat. But he's thrilled about being able to hear the television well. He also hears me, when I speak to him in a normal tone. Without the device, I had to repeat myself a lot in a louder voice. There were two batteries included. The plastic covering them was extremely tight, but I peeled it off with a sharp nail file. I will need to order more batteries, because I know my husband will be using this hearing aid all day, every day. We're very pleased, and we appreciate having this product. It's going to improve his daily quality of life. Thank you for offering this. Added on 11/15/2025 The hearing aid still works very well. The problem that we discovered is that it burns through batteries at a high rate. It needs a new battery every day. We bought a 6 pack of batteries, and they are almost gone. So we opted for a more expensive, but rechargeable hearing aid. The good thing about this experience, was that it showed us how much he really needed it, and that there are affordable OTC options available.

I got this hearing aid for my Mom to help her hear better because she has age related hearing loss. She used it for a while and the result was as expected. Before, we needed to repeat ourselves a few times when talking to her or use a high volume of voice, which sometimes made her feel uncomfortable. After wearing the aid, her hearing ability is now better, she can keep up with the conversation with everyone in the family and feels more confident. This hearing aid is easy to use and fits her ears, a little big but that's okay. The good thing is that she feels comfortable wearing it, no redness or pressure on her ears. The volume can be adjusted based on her needs, the sound is clear. When fully charged, the battery can last for quite a long time. My Mom now feels happier when talking to people because she can keep up with the conversation more easily so this hearing aid is her essential device so far.

My husband always has to turn the volume to the maximum when watching TV, and I am worried about disturbing the neighbors. After trying this hearing aid, he immediately said, "The sound is just right." He can hear you even if you whisper something to him, you don't have to repeat it three or four times. The device is a little thick, but he didn't complain about discomfort even after wearing it all day. The most thoughtful thing is the volume dial. He can adjust it by himself when watching documentaries and listening to news, without my help at all. Occasionally the background sound will be amplified, but it does not affect the use. I've already started preparing the next batch of batteries for him. He said that this thing makes him feel much better every day and makes our communication much easier.

Bought this hearing aid for my dad and it works better than we expected. In the past, he could not hear clearly when chatting while eating, but now he can still pick up the conversation while sitting on the other side of the living room. The hearing aid is a little big, but he doesn't feel uncomfortable wearing it, and there's no pressure on the back of his ears. The volume adjustment is very easy. He will turn it up when watching TV and turn it down when the house is quiet. Occasionally, he would hear some ambient noise, but he could accept it completely, because the most important thing was that he no longer had to yell to communicate. The battery is also very durable, and I’m already planning to stock up on a few more for him to wear every day. Seeing his mood getting better and speaking more proactively, our whole family felt it was worthwhile.
