This immersion blender is very different from any you've used before. Most any other blender I've seen otr used is smaller, has less power and does not have all the features this one does. For example, the six-leaf blender blade seems to be designed for higher RPM operation with less splashing. Unlike other handheld blenders that seem to push the liquid right up and out of the beaker, this one will keep the liquid down inside the beaker, and yet blends more quickly and at a higher RPM than others. At 1250W of power this is also far more powerful than the average immersion blender. This really is a professional grade piece of equipment. Having it in your kitchen is a real asset, especially given all of the accessory parts that come with it, There is even has a potato masher with a hard plastic blade that pushes the potatoes upwards and through a grid plate to very smoothly mash them, like fluffy mashed potatoes prepared with a ricer. There are many other options, including two frothers, two mixer blades, traditional blender extension, but with a six-leaf blade for higher efficiency without splashing and a chopper. There is a useful beaker sized to match the blender perfectly and a travel tumbler. There is a safety lock that requires fully depressing the trigger for 1-second after which you can press that trigger again to start the motor, then you can vary the speed of the blender, squeeze it harder and it goes faster, softer and it runs slower. This is a true multitasker in the kitchen. You can froth milk with a single or double frother, change the tip and blend, change again to make puree or blend soups, mash potatoes, mix cake batter, whip heavy cream, etc. I like that aspect. We placed the blender and accessories into a Hefty-brand plastic storage bin on a pantry shelf for ready access anytime. At $100 it is at the high-end of the range of prices for an immersion hand blender, but that is if you compare it to cheap consumer-grade blenders. This is clearly a professional-grade, high-power blender that can be used in a restaurant kitchen. It multi-tasks, too, so that price is actually reasonable for such a high quality, versatile hand mixer/blender.

Taking everything out of the box was a bit overwhelming as there were so many different accessories and parts. It definitely tries to be an all in one type system. The blender head is heavier but well balanced with a decent length of cord to reach around everything. We only tried three of the accessories so far to be honest as there are just so many. To actually use the head you have to unlock it first by squeezing the trigger for a second and it will show 0000 on the little blue screen then allows you to squeeze for power. It is a variable trigger which allows you to adjust speed by squeezing further and further. The motor has a spike wattage of 1200 and a run rating of 500 but we were never able to get it over 100w of usage to really try it out. We mixed some pancake batter with the beaters, chopped some veggies up in the chopping bowl, and did the submersion mixing thing. It never seems to bog down or want for more power so that is good. The beaters use a transmission like device that splits the input from 1 to 2 but the transmission makes a lot of chattering. There doesn't appear to be a way to grease the parts either but guess these days that is a common thing. The vegetable cutter with bowl worked well and so did the submersion mixer. The head itself seems like it will last a long time and is actually very quiet considering how much power it is putting out. So I think it's pretty good quality and looks very nice as well. It also draws a bit of power when plugged in and not used at .34ish watts. The price doesn't seem bad for all the functionality.

I ordered this Immersion blender set for so many reasons and very happy I did! I am moving from a large kitchen to a small one in my new Tiny House. I currently have a Stand Mixer, a broken emersion blender, food processor, and blender with smoothie attachment. I will not have room for each of these appliances and now I don't need them thanks to this versatile and complete set in a much more compact space! I was simply looking for an emersion blender to replace my all metal one that broke. I was specifically looking for one with the rubber bottom as my old one was scratching my enamel Dutch Oven, when I found this multi-purpose one that will help protect my pots and pans, and when I saw this one that would replace all those other tools I ordered it but since it is not a name brand I was a bit hesitant if it would be of good quality. I was excited for it to be delivered to give it the test. ...it passed with flying colors! I have been cooking and whipping up smoothies up like a storm and it has worked like a charm - i couldn't be happier with this order!

This replaces so many of my kitchen appliances. I needed more space, and this does it all which means I got to throw out my blender, chopper, food processor, smoothie maker, and mixer. ONE product in ONE box to replace all that!! It’s heavy duty and handles everything from mincing meat, chopping veggies, mixing cake batter and even making smoothies with frozen fruits. This machine has a very powerful motor and all of the attachments to be your sole machine to do everything. I’m literally looking for a large hook attachment that will fit, and guess what? It’ll be my homemade bread mixer at that point. I am absolutely thrilled beyond words with this products effectiveness, its ability to store away in a small box, and that it replaces hundreds of dollars in bulky items. I live small. My home is very small. I do not have hundreds of cabinets for storage. If you live small like me, THIS is IT! I really believe this product does it all!

This is a great all-in-one blender setup. Between all the attachments, I was able to keep from buying a bunch of separate things for the kitchen when I moved. I hate unnecessary clutter and I have a pretty small kitchen, so when I saw this I jumped on it. I was looking for a regular mixer, and this attachment works great for my needs. If you're making a single cake or one batch of batter, this is all you need. Each of the attachments does a great job of replacing common household levels of use for their respective part. I wouldn't use this to make a dozen loafs of bread or to dice 50 lbs of onions, but its great for making dinner and dessert for a home cooked meal. It has plenty of power for that. It is also pretty easy to clean since it all comes apart. I like that its cordless as well, this makes it a lot easier to maneuver than my old mixer.

I’ve been using this immersion blender for soups and smoothies, and it works really well. The power is strong, so it blends quickly without leaving chunks. I like the variable speed control. It gives me more control depending on what I’m making. The trigger feels responsive and easy to adjust while blending. The attachments are useful. I’ve used the whisk and chopper more than expected, and they both work fine for everyday tasks. It’s comfortable to hold, even when using it for a few minutes at a time. The display is a nice touch and helps keep track while in use.
