I have a fair amount of hearing loss and tinnitus, regular hearing aids are very expensive as my insurance doesn't cover much of the cost. This set of sound amplifiers was a much cheaper option. I found these work decently, sound is pretty clear. You do have to be careful when inserting as sometimes they make a very high pitched noise until properly inserted. The volume is easy to change. These charged up quickly and the battery lasts for a decent amount of time. The different colors makes it easy to identify which piece goes in what ear. The instruction manual could be more detailed but is sufficient. Overall they are a decent set of amplifiers compared to others I've tried in the past.

These hearing aids are awesome!!! I put them on as soon as I received them and had to immediately turn down the volume of the TV! They come in a nice zip-closed carrying case and different domes to be used based on the size of the ear canal. I used the domes that were already installed and they fit perfectly. My husband could not tell that I was wearing them as they disappear over my ear and blend in with my glasses.

The charging box is well designed, charging quickly and the battery life is long, which is suitable for all-day use. The wireless connection is stable and there are no disconnections. I got these for my husband who suffers from tinnitus from working in a loud factory for years. After charging, he gave them a trial run. They were easy to insert, but they did make a squealing noise until he got them positioned properly. Once they were in, he reported that they worked very well. He was able to control the volume, were co Sortable to wear and they were easy to remove as well. Definitely a much cheaper option than the $5000 hearing aids.

I bought this for my mother who is 78 and has difficulty in hearing. She is enjoying using this, initially it gave beeping sound but by pressing volume button it stopped. Best is she now listens our whispering also and another best thing is she speaks at lower volume and she keeps mobile phone volume low wile watching reels 😀
