Comfort was my biggest hurdle. Previous aids hurt after an hour. These are different. The soft material and ergonomic shape fit snugly in my ear canal without pressure. I wore them from breakfast until bedtime (about 14 hours!) with zero discomfort or that annoying "full ear" feeling. The included S/M/L eartips are crucial – the Medium was perfect for me. No whistling feedback either, which was a constant problem before. I can hug my grandkids or talk on the phone without that screech. They feel secure, even when I'm gardening or doing light chores. For the first time, comfort isn't a reason not to wear my hearing help.
