We were planning a family BBQ party in the weekend a week after July 4th, and decided to upgrade our old grill. We ordered this grill in the July 4th weekend, and it arrived just in time! The grill was received in perfect condition. It is sturdily built yet it is easy to handle & move around (with wheels). Setting up and assembling are easy and straight forward, it takes about 15 minutes to put everything together. The grill size is perfect for our family. The grill worked really well and we made some true flavor BBQ steaks in the party, kids loved them. The grill was also easy to be handled & cleaned afterwards. This new grill definitely added a lot of fun and joy to our BBQ party. We are looking forward to the next one soon!

I was impressed that the company emailed me improved instructions- they actually arrived before the grill! When I saw the packaged instructions, I understood why. Not only do they not give enough detail, the printing is SO SMALL you could hardly read it! I had to enlarge the emailed ones also. It's not like it's a complicated assembly- but it took me a few minutes to realize there were 2 sizes screws. And I never DID figure out where the washers were supposed to go! But grill is sturdy, I cooked with it for the first time today, and it did well.Again, would've liked a way to adjust the bottom vent - can't just move it when the grill is hot!!

I honestly dont usually write product reviews because its time consuming & sometimes gives buyers the worst impressions about a merchandise. However, after about 4 days of opening the box, I decided to assemble the Le Froom Grill. I realized both wheels were unable to fit onto the back legs so I double checked the box. NOTHING! I look again to make sure I didnt overlook anything.. again, NOTHING. I consulted the "manual", but to my surprize, the instructions pointed me to some screws & nuts Ive been trying to use all along. I tried using that and guess what,, the screws were too short & kept slipping through the center of the wheel. So, this is where I started getting agitated because I would never buy something thats suppose to come with all the parts & then go somewhere else to get parts for it. Thats ludacrois! LeFroom, DID YOU KNOW THAT I CANT USE THE GRILL WITHOUT THE WHEELS? WhY? Because the wheels bring the grill to standing height. I plan on using this grill for thanksgiving & that wont work. I honestly dont want anything new or a refund. Im just making the merchant & buyers alike aware of whats happening. Double check these items before sending them off because many people may find it hard to acquire parts for things you fail to make easily accessible.

This is the perfect size grill for a small-medium sized family. I was expecting it to be a bit bigger, but as a woman, that's nothing new for me. It was easy to assemble. It cooks my food. It's a basic, black grill.

The directions are garbage. Missing parts also. It probably would be easy to assemble if the instructions were simple and easy to figure out. I've put many items together before but this by far was the most frustrating!

It was easy to assemble, it is lightweight, and the cover stays on. It cooks well. Only complaint is there is no way to move the coals closer to the grilling surface.
