I'm giving it 2 stars because I love the concept of the design and being inexpensive, but It still needs a lot of work and improvements. It worked great for the first 3 days, but then it started slipping and not fitting in the ear correctly causing a ear piercing screech and a very loud feedback, the app doesn't work and most of the time Bluetooth is dropped. I tried emailing customer service but the email was sent back as a bad domain.

They are super robotic and hard to use, the fact that these say "for seniors" is actually really sad because they are clearly lying. These just stuck and you shouldn't waste your money on them. Bad feedback, bad amplifier, just bad.

Did work and sounded ok, but design was too loose on ear lobe when you turn your remotely a little quik, it wiuld fall off. No way to tighten. .

Works, but sounds other than voices were much louder than normal. Instructions were very small print and the prompts spoken through the ear pieces were in Chinese. Liked the fit on my ears and bluetooth connection. Returned them to Amazon.

I am reviewing: Hearing Aids for Seniors, Bluetooth Rechargeable Hearing Aids with AI Noise Cancellation, Open Ear Design to Prevent Itching from Sweating, 7-Level Volume Control First let me begin by saying that if your user is unable to manage a phone or earphones, this is not your answer. These don't look anything like hearing aids. They look like a type of earbuds that I've worn successfully in the past The controls are simple once you learn the tap commands. The most important to me is the volume control. It seems that you tap the larger portion of either ear and it seems to adjust the volume for both, as far as I can tell. I would think that these would function independently for each ear, as hearing loss can be uneven from ear to ear. There are 6 volume levels and you tap to go up incrementally until you reach maximum, then the next tap takes you back to minimum. I would imagine that the experience is according to your level of hearing loss, but for me, the upper levels allow me to hear way too much. I can hear my hair touching the earbud, I can hear my fingers scratching on my shirt. On the lowest volume, listening to music, I was able to hear the beginning tones of a song before I could hear them without the earbuds. So they are doing something. The trick is to get the appropriate level choice. It would be nice if they would remember that choice, but I don't think that's what they're doing. Listening to oneself takes some adjustment. With these buds being outside of the ear canal, it is hard to differentiate between what sound you are hearing naturally and what is going through the amplifiers. After a short time wearing the buds, I've adjusted so that my own voice isn't so odd, but clearing the throat is still a little much. Heaven forbid a sneeze!! I'm listening to music outside of the buds, and I hear extra little sounds here and there, maybe the washing machine? Overall, if you're not going to go the professional medical route, and you just want a little boost, I think these are a good option to try. I don't like things inside of my ear canal. People with very small ear canals can appreciate this. These look like earbuds, so those adverse to being seen with hearing aids can appreciate these as well. There is an app that runs a setup hearing test, or you can use the website. However today, the website was not running. These buds are mid weight. They have a lot of adjustment for ear size. The quality of the materials seems about right for an earbud. The case is easy to charge and use. There is plenty of time on a battery charge and they are inexpensive. Drawbacks seem to be, for me, related to adjusting to the extra sounds you don't want to hear.
