I recently found out I have "mild to moderate" hearing loss and was told I am a candidate for hearing aids, so after the technician inserted some honest to goodness hearing aids into my ears and said, "this is how things should normally sound to you", I was impressed!! Unfortunately, when I found out how much they would cost me (even with my insurance "discount") I was NOT impressed. All that being said, I decided to check on OTC options and BINGO!!...I found an incredibly affordable pair of Muse rechargeable (and comfortable) hearing aids on Amazon Haul that are working out for me quite nicely! No, they don't come with a phone app, but they work for what I need at this time. So, if you are looking for some help hearing better and you're okay with the basics (on, off, louder, softer and indoor, outdoor, party and TV modes) then these may work just fine for you too! Also, while reading other reviews about this product I noticed some complaints about "squealing" and I find that while putting these hearing aids on and making sure the ear dome/receiver piece doesn't get close to the microphone piece I don't experience any feedback. Adjusting the volume and making sure you've selected the best fitting ear domes for you may help too. Hope this helps! :)

The sound quality of these hearing aids is very good. I had a prescription set and these are right up there with them. I went all day with them and they were very comfortable to wear, in fact I forgot I had them in till my head hit the pillow. What I really like is there is a built in dryer in the charging case. This is a really good set and I recommend you give them a try. If you don't like them you can return them.

I received these hearing aids a few days ago, and they were ready to use right out of the box—fully charged as soon as I opened them. They fit comfortably, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend these for anyone new to hearing aids or unsure about using them. In fact, they perform better than some prescription aids, especially if you're looking to avoid the expense of replacing them every couple of years. Hearing is crucial, and it’s frustrating when sounds are distorted. With these, everything sounds great for the first time in a long while. Overall, I think it’s a fantastic product.

I am very happy with these Hearing Aids for seniors. I am 77 years old with some hearing loss especially in my left ear. These hearing aids are quite adjustable and are really sharpening and amplifying sound for me. They charge up nicely and really help me quite a bit. Even watching tv these hearing aids make the sound and words much clearer. Work great for me.

My mother recently started experiencing signs of hearing loss, so I got her this over-ear hearing aid to improve her daily interactions. This model is lightweight and comfortable, and she can wear it for hours without any discomfort. It offers four volume levels, and we chose a lower setting given her mild hearing loss, which also minimizes feedback noise. The noise-canceling chip effectively filters background noise, allowing her to clearly hear my voice even in loud places like the grocery store. Now, she can join conversations more easily and even enjoys going for walks with my father, which has brought her a lot of joy. The hearing aid has made a positive difference in her life.

Frequent feedback. Even on the lowest volume setting, and testing it on a mannequin at distance it was frequently causing feedback with any noise to the point I did not feel comfortable getting it anywhere near my actual ears. As this is a product that could potentially cause damage to your ears, I would not recommend.

These are super lightweight and comfortable, such that you don't feel like you're wearing anything in your ears. Once in your ears, I'm hearing sounds I haven't heard in a long time! the rustling of leaves, of papers; the click of doggie toenails on the floor, all sorts of sounds I didn't realize I was missing. But to get to the point of having them in your ears can be painful -- when taking them out of the charging case to getting them into your ears, they seem to almost always emit the most horribly loud, screeching feedback, which I'm sure would only damage your hearing further. I'm sad because I like these, but I'm afraid to use them, until the company can explain what I can do to stop the feedback.

The media could not be loaded. I recently got this hearing aid for my wife. She had some hearing difficulties and needed them. So far, they work pretty well. It is one of the best hearing aids with the price to match! So happy I learned about these, even recommended to my siblings! Very affordable too! For people with mild to moderate hearing loss this is a good option. With any modern hearing aid, you will need to explore the settings and adjust the settings for the environment you are currently in.
