So far, so good. My Mom repeatedly removes hearing aides and has lost one in the past. These have worked well. The clip appears a little flimsy so I use a pin instead. A similar clip on another brand broke on the second day of use.

This product works great for my mother who requires hearing aid and has dementia. she was always losing her hearing device and they are expensive to replace. The product securely holds her hearing aid and is lightweight and she rarely notices that it is attached. Her hearing aid has fallen out many times and the clip has never failed to retain the hearing aid. I highly recommend it. I would recommend getting different colors for each aid (if you need a pair) one color for the left and another color for the right. ... show more

The thought is good. Difficult for my older mom to clip it to her clothes. Have found the small rubber gaskets that hold the device to stretch out easily and hence, the hearing aids fall.
