We ordered 4. But one is missing the 4 screws. We emailed the company asking for either send the screws or replacement. They told us to buy from the hardware store, gave us the specs and said they will refund us $5. Hubby bought it but it cost us $14. He bought the exact specs the company gave us but the size is different. So we ended up just returning that one set of bar stool. Too bad. But the 3 other ones that we were able to assemble looked great. It made our kitchen look more modern. Love the white color. A little bit small but we knew that. It is surprisingly cute, I bought 1 yellow and 2 white for the center island, the yellow one looks so beautiful, I am very impressed. The initial installation is actually pretty easy, but I made a mistake not taking the black cap off for the first chair, and thought the handle adjustment was defected, and contacted customer service for the problem. they have been very responsive and offered for refund even though that is my fault. My husband figured out the issue, and helped me take the black cap out of the tube, that was a not easy task once you have pushed the cap in, it is hard to take it out. So please make sure you read the instruction first prior to installation, I was too anxious to put them together, therefore, causing the issue... Love the size of these stools as well, can be pushed in and under the center island without blocking the traffic , and most importantly, they look really nice in the modern kitchen setting. I will purchase another yellow one , because I really love the rich color! Thanks again to the customer service, they have been very patient with me. ... show more

Parts came packed well and was surprisingly lightweight. The stool was easy to assemble and did not require any tools. The instructions were easy to follow and everything was included. I had a bit of a hard time removing the black plastic cap from the gas lift but managed to remove it. I needed only one chair to use by the sink so was glad to find such a nice adjustable stool without having to purchase a set of 2 or 4. ... show more
