Has a nice weight to it, not flimsy, can tell made from quality materials. And my eggs and pancakes don't stick. A nice clean look after cooking. I use non stick spray on everything, just because an item says nonstick I still use spray. Just makes the cooking easier and faster in my opinion.

After all these past many decades, I finally decided to try out a griddle pan. I’ve used more iterations of frying pans than Georgia has peaches🤣…Well maybe not that many? Onto the review: This Granitestone griddle pan is the bomb! I tried it out this morning with an Eggbeater omelette on a sourdough English muffin, all in the same pan finding ample space. The pan surface is wonderful for ease of turning with plenty of room to attend to the various flipping required. This is my primary use of a fry pan only it’s far easier & better with the griddle pan. Cleanup is a breeze as well. I’m about as far from being a competent cook as you’ll find but this griddle pan made me feel like a semi pro and that’s saying something! ... show more
