I started replacing some inherited cookware this summer. I decided to go with Hexclad. I've been replacing pieces as I could afford it, plus some of my inherited pieces I kept because they weren't scratched up. I have to say I made a GREAT decision! These are the best. I replaced my stove this summer as well and went with an induction cooktop. The Hexclad never stick. It's incredible! It's easy peasy to clean. While they claim Hexclad can take metal utensils and are dishwasher safe, the instructions that come with them says if you want to maintain the new look of the cookware, you should use plastic/silicone-tipped utensils and hand wash the cookware. I've decided to do that because cleaning is so easy! Also, instructions say you should season all the cookware before using. Once again, very easy.Add 1 top of vegetable oil to the pan/pot and cover the inside. (I use a paper towel to spread it around.) Then place the oiled cookware on low heat for 3-4 minutes. That's it. Just clean out the oil (again, easy), rinse and dry. I will tell you, there's much less burning of food. The pots/pans are a little heavy (like cast iron), but it's well worth it. This cookware has made cooking fun again.

Heavy duty pan that's well made. Perfect for one pan meals, fried chicken and the likes. Easy clean up, just wipe it out, a little soap and water, rinse, dry, done. Will be testing it for candy making in Dec. Being heavy duty it should do good.

LOVE my Hexclad pan! This comes in so handy - especially since it can go in the oven lid and all! Quality pan - food never sticks - easy cleanup. This pan holds a lot! I use it to brown my Tri-tip roast and then finish it in the oven - comes put tender & juicy. My electric stove sucks - but this pan heats evenly and helps things cook faster. Highly recommend Hexclad products - they are well worth the price.

I use this "chef's pan" so frequently, it is more or less permanently on my stovetop. This year I vowed to learn how to cook Asian noodle dishes such as pad thai, pad see ew, dan dan noodles, and so on. Wow, is this pan perfect when making large amounts of food with sloppy sauces! I've had it only two months but so far it is living up to both the non-stick ideal, and the "use your metal utensils" boast. Note that it is a quality piece that weighs a lot for a pan; not ideal if you have arthritic hands or are timid in the kitchen. But if you're the type who wants to crank out a mess of food in get-'er-done momentum, you can't do better than using this high-quality straight-walled saute pan. This is my second HexClad piece; I am so thrilled with the brand, I am slowly converting all my pans to HexClad.

If looking for a great pan well here you go . I cook a lot and have been trying all kinds of pans . You know the old saying buy cheap buy twice well that statement could not be more true . Not that I have been buying cheap not at all . Comes down to how cooking pans are made . And they all can say they will do this or that but until you buy you never know how cooking pans are going to work and last ( if you cook a lot ) . This pan does exactly what it says . But again it’s how you take care of cooking pans . Yes this pan is expensive but so far it has been worth every single penny . I will be adding to this collection.

Very nice! This was a Black Friday gift to myself, I have the three skillets with lids but needed something a little bigger. These pans are very well made and perfect for nonstick cooking. They are scratch resistant even when using metal utensils. These are the last pans I hope I ever have to buy!
