Hexclad is expensive, but I think, worth it. Heavy weight, durable, nonstick yet you can use metal utensils with it. I have gradually replaced all my cookware with it. This stuff is so good your family will want you to leave it to them in your will!

The item arrived with clean packaging, feels high quality, heats up well with low temperature settings on my electric stove, cleans easily, and boils posta, etc without sticking. I recommend using lower temperatures at first to get the hang of how the pan heats and cooks. My wife loves it and it is versatile. My sister actually introduced me to these pans and pots. I love how they cook and so easy to clean. I don't have the whole set like she does but I have also purchased the wok and 8' fry pan. Saving money for the bigger fry pan. They are expensive but worth the money (I think) . I've used many different brans over the years and after a while the "Non Stick" means nothing compared to these pans ... show more
