These are decent pans, but not the highest quality. However, being a little lighter can be a plus. I use use them for camping, and I can also hang them from my kitchen ceiling rack without them tearing down my ceiling. They heat evenly, and stay hot for a long time. Make sure you go through the seasoning process a few times before using them. Also, when buying cast iron pans, check the dimensions. The bottom of the pan is not the same diameter as the top, and the measurement when including the pouring spout/lip is misleading. The actual cooking surface of the pan can be over an inch less than the advertised size

I really love this cast iron skillet set. It includes 3 sizes (6", 8", and 10"), which makes it super versatile — I use the smaller one for eggs or toast, and the bigger one for meats and veggies. They came already pre-seasoned, so I didn’t have to worry about prepping them before cooking. Just follow the instructions and you'll be good to go. They are a bit heavy, but that’s expected with cast iron — and honestly, they feel very solid and well-made. I got them because I’ve been trying to increase my iron levels naturally, and cooking with cast iron actually helps. So far, I’ve used them almost daily and I’m really happy with the results. Food cooks fast and evenly, and the flavor stays the same — no weird metallic taste. Cleaning is easy too, as long as you don’t soak them and dry them well after each use. I add a tiny bit of oil after cleaning to keep the seasoning nice. If you’re looking for an affordable, reliable set of cast iron pans that can last you a lifetime with proper care, this is a great buy. I’d definitely purchase them again.

This isn't my first rodeo with cast iron pans. This nifty little triplet come in different sizes, with the smaller two hardly being big enough to fit anything more than one or two fried eggs in. Oh, and they're pretty hefty (but manageable). Size often doesn't matter, it's what you can do or want to do with it, obviously. However, I used only the largest pan. They come "preseasoned" that makes it appear and the average person think that it's ready to use out of the box; but do not be fooled by this claim. I put it to the test and used the largest pan right out of the box - the meat was sticking and left an awful residue on the bottom of the pan. I scrubbed it until what seemed like my fingers would bleed and finally got it to a point where I thought it was clean. Onto the next trial! I stripped the pans. And then I reseasoned them quite a few times over a 12 hour period, and then once more the next day. Yes, the smell was not nice but I figured these seemed durable and well made so might as well give them a second chance. I tried the same meal later, unfortunately same issue - things sticking to the bottom and making it nearly impossible to clean. I've never had a problem with cast irons sticking so much. Not sure what's up with these, but preseason or self season didn't seem to want to stick on the pan.

This cast iron skillet set is durable, heats evenly, and works great for all kinds of cooking. The three sizes are super handy for everyday use. Just note that they can leave slight water marks if not dried right away, but a quick towel-dry and a light oil coat fixes that easily. Overall, an excellent and reliable set for the price!
