Cleans up easily! Cooks evenly. Use it for my sourdough, soups, roasting. I have had it a few months and it still looks beautiful. I do have one tiny chip on the edge of the lid but it’s not noticeable and does not bother me. This pot is heavy, as to be expected with cast iron, so keep that in mind. I am almost 67 and of average strength and so far have managed it with help on one or two occasions. I use mine 2-3 x a week. Love it! This lovely cast iron pot is lovely. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged, both in & outside the pot & lid. Therefore, we returned it. I should add that as an elderly woman, with arthritis & limited mobility, this pot was VERY heavy.
