This bench exceeded my expectations. It is without a doubt a great bench for any home gym. The bench was very easy to assemble. It has wheels to help with moving the bench around, but the bench is such a light weight bench, it is just as easy to lift the bench up to move it around. Don't let the light weight fool you though, this bench is very sturdy without a lot of wiggling to it when using the bench. It uses a lower grade steel than some of the steel the outrageously priced benches use, but even the heavy weight steel is overkill for the weight people use for gym benches. The vinyl covering on the pads isn't as durable as some of the higher end benches, but it does have some nice grippiness to it to prevent sliding around when using the bench. The padding is a 2" pad and it feels more than sufficient when doing heavy weight exercises. The pads are a nice width to provide good support when doing pressing exercises. The bench is roughly 17.5" off ground which is pretty common height for most flat benches. The lower pads on the leg attachment are adjustable, but only by unscrewing them from the leg attachment and moving the pole to a different slot. The pads on the leg attachment are foam pads that just slide onto the metal bars. However, the leg attachment itself connects to the bench quickly my using the connect knob located under the seat. I don't have a need for the adjustable feet that are built into the legs of the bench, but it's a nice feature to have for those floors that may need them. The pop pins used to adjust the angle of the pads is very smooth and makes adjusting the pads quite easy. The pads have a very narrow gap between them and really doesn't cause any problems or discomfort when sitting on the bench. The seat pad and the main bench pad can be adjusted to almost any angle without the pads impinging on one another. I can really use the bench without having to use the extra headrest pad that is included. The headrest pad has to be removed in order to stand the bench up on it's end. The bench is pretty sturdy when it is stood up on it's end and has a plastic molding to protect the bench when doing so. The only complaint I could even say about this bench is the packaging could be better cause some of the parts came with scratching and a bent part. I was able to straighten out the bent part and I used a black permanent marker to cover up the scratches. To get a well-built flat/incline/decline bench for this price point is an awesome deal. This bench will be replacing my older home gym bench.

I got this bench to replace a very basic one I've been using for the past few years. It was a breeze to assemble. Hardware was a surprisingly good quality. I didn't deal with stripping out bolt heads like on my last one. The material feels nice, sturdy and of a good quality. I like being able to adjust the back and seat to different angles. My old bench would only adjust the back but not the seat so certain angles were less than comfortable while using. The wheels make it very easy to move around. I'm very satisfied with this bench.

I wanted to hate it. It shipped late. It showed late when I wasn’t home to get it. Some parts are not bagged but rather threaded into parts and during shipping came out. Finally found in other folds of packing material. Thankfully all parts were located regardless of packing and shipment holes. Awkward at first for me as it does have some wiggle in the seat. That’s sitting and trying to make it wiggle. It’s good while working out. Back section is solid. Could be better. Not quite a 1/2 inch thick wood (should have used 3/4 inch wood) and had a lot of twist by hand before mounting but after mounting became quite sturdy. Still some creaking using (hoping it’s just settling in and I’ll re-tighten soon. The width is very supportive and still leaves room for stretch in upper body movements. I’m 5’11” and haven’t required the head rest section. I find it have more adjustments than really required (-10, -20, 0, 30, 45, 60, 80-90 is all that’s needed) and I would have liked to have seen the numbers on BOTH sides. My lighting is of course on the unmarked side. Standing up store is great but the wheels could be a tad bigger so as to not have to lift it so high to adjust placement. Which if the leg attachment is on the handle is pointless. Light and simple to move yet surprisingly sturdy while exercising. Pads could be better quality. I will probably get longer bars and better pads later. They are too narrow for me. I’m not comfortable with my knees almost locked together, I need some spread which would offer better stability and comfort. All in all I wanted to hate it but I can’t. I’m not head over heels in love with but I’m still more than pleased. Some things could be better. Maybe in a later version they’ll put a little more emphasis on quality where it counts without pricing increases.

My teenage son has gotten into a workout routine and needed a new bench. He was able to put this bench together without any help from dad. After assembly, I gave it the once over and was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness. He's used it an average of 5 days a week for the past month and is just as solid as the first day.

Assembly was pretty straight forward, maybe not even need to use the instruction manual that came with it. The build is outstanding! Was kind of surprised for the price this charges but it's great! Nice adjustability and padding on this was good. Can't complain about the build nor the comfort and it's definitely something you would want for your home gym!

This bench is a solid addition to my home gym. It's super easy to assemble and surprisingly lightweight. But don't let that fool you—it's sturdy and doesn't wobble when in use. The padding is comfy and grippy, perfect for various exercises. I love the adjustable features, and the handle and wheels make moving it around a breeze. For the price, this bench is a great deal.

I would have given it a 5 but it arrived with the packaging ripped with multiple holes, the red setting knob was scuffed and scratched, also missing the lower bar in front where you hook your feet. I found a number I can only text manufacturer and no response. So minus two stars for no customer service and poorly handled product.
