I love this little cooler. I was getting frustrated with my old blue Coleman cooler that didn't have a latch to lock it and was rounded at the bottom, so it toppled over spilling everything out all over the place. This fit the bill nicely. 1. It's very light & east to handle. 2. It has a non-skid bottom with feet that keeps it stable. 3. It's not as tall and a bit wider than my old Coleman with an amazingly spacious interior. The inside of the lid is recessed so you can stack items a inch higher than the rim of the cooler and still securely latch the lid. 4. I love the color!!!! No more gaudy royal blue or red that looks unprofessional. It's looks more like a toolbox or lock box than a cooler. The neutral color would be ideal for hunting and camping as well. 5. A padlock can be added to keep others out and it has a place on each side to use tie downs if you have an open vehicle and want to carry it in the truck bed. 6. The handle lifts up and stays in place, so no falling handles. 7. I like that it can be used to sit on at the job site or when traveling or camping. 8. I purchased it on sale for $69.99. Regular price was listed as $99.99. I don't think I would have purchased it at $99.99. Even at $69.99 it seems spendy for a lunch box when you can get a regular Coleman for $25. I suppose the latch and tie downs are made of steel the prices for that have gone up since 2020. It still seems a bit overpriced. 9. It's a little trooper. I have no doubt it will last a good long time. 10. If in doubt on the size, get the bigger one. I'm glad I did. I could fit a big container of salad inside and still have several smaller containers with fruits and cooked meats/vegetables. The only improvement I'd like is if there was a little shelf, basket, or at the top like the old Coleman had. I asked Amazon's AI if there was a compatible basket to purchase and was told "no, it's meant to be a lunch box". LOL As if I don't prefer my napkins, forks, and crackers to be kept dry and not be mixed with the cold food. That one change would add a lot of versatility. As far as cooling performance, I have no doubt it will stay cold. I'll be using it in a couple of days and will report back on an update. ... show more

This is a quality cooler and fit our needs perfectly, we just didn't end up keeping it long-term. This item is very sturdy and the color isn't too obvious so I like how it stays and conspicuous there is no leakage upon uses and the way everything sealed together perfect. This is a solid lunch box. I bought it because of the rods on the side. I needed something I could bungee cord down to my motorcycle. I bought the 9qt lunch box. Bought this as a lunch box for work. Solid sides, inside and outside, for easy cleaning and sanitation. Lid stays closed with the latch (no leaks or spills) and comfortable carry handle. Plenty of room for food and ice packs. Keeps food cold all day and then some. In the heat of summer weather, I can leave it in the car and NO issues with the contents getting warm AT ALL. Great cooler. Only reason for 4 stars is that the insulation is average at best. It sweats on the sides where a strap can be attached. Work and weekend cleanable with ease! I took a chance was going to buy yeti roadie but figured I would take a chance and I like this better it’s lighter easier to open it’s still lockable and has metal rods on side to strap down to something Only drawback is if u grab handle and didn’t lock lid u can flip it open the good to that is u could strap it to something and open top still I love this cooler it’s hard like the yeti and other brands but doesn’t weigh as much handle is nice in hand and size is great for carpenter or tradesman for the days pack out! I bought it for transporting food in checked luggage when flying. It has has flat sides and perfect height to fit into a suitcase. It survived a few trips without any damage. It keeps hot things hot and cold things cold. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This cooler is nice. I originally saved this cooler to my wanted list and had others as well. I kept going back to this one because it was very light and i also liked the way it looked. This cooler did not have an ice retention time listed but instead said “keeps ice for days”. I was skeptical. I don’t need it to keep ice for days but i have had other coolers that have melted ice within a few hours and definitely did not want that. The other cooler i was looking at was the pelican which had reviews about keeping solid ice for 2-3 days and it had a dry box included. I ended up going with this one just because of the weight and the way it looked. Also liked that the top was flat. When i received it i filled it about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way with ice and put it outside in the direct sunlight. It was about 85 degrees out. This was at 1:45pm and it stayed outside until about 9pm when i brought it inside. Inside temp is 72 degrees. When i got up this morning at 8 am i put it back out in direct sun until 12:45. 23 hours later (could not wait until 24 hours) and there is still ice inside. There is definitely water from the melting but a decent amount of ice left. I also opened it about 6 times throughout to check the ice. All in all 24 hours and still has ice is pretty good to me. ... show more
