This is my first adjustable bench. I absolutely love this thing to pieces! I was staring at this and some of the other variations for months and when I was splurging it got a deal where it's 84 bucks and at the moment it's still like that. I've had this for up to almost two weeks now and I have done dumbbell flys, pullovers on the side of the bench, and even push ups a few days ago. I highly would recommend, even at it's full price it's not as expensive as the other versions, and plus it looks really cool! I will however say, when I was first setting it up I was a bit worried. There are these pins that go in the sides that keep stable which is fine, but it's the fact that you can't tighten them at all. A lot of the time I tend to look under and push them in just in case they wobbled out a bit from my exercise. I know it's for convenience for quick pack up, and there are probably other adjustable benches that do that, but something to keep in mind. It's still great! I just wish there was an option to tighten that part.

Seriously you won’t find a bench for this price that is even worth half of this thing. I purchased to do pure hypertrophy with low weights. I can’t attest for how much it would actually hold. I’m 170 lbs and have benched 235 with it. One of the biggest pros is the lightweight. I can move it around easily. However, this can also be a con. Even with my body weight it is not difficult to knock out of place. 100% never jump on this thing. If you’re above 6 foot I would also re think and it is almost perfect size for me and I’m fairly short (5’6). Overall well worth the money I paid.

My living room-turned-gym is running out of space now that I've added a treadmill, so when my new workout program needed a bench, I knew it had to be easily foldable. It takes me a minute to open it up each morning and after my workout, I fold it right back up and stand it up against the treadmill. Great quality. Feels very sturdy. Comfortable to lift on. I'd highly recommend this brand and bench!

Very easy to assemble. Keep in mind that there is one small pin and two large pins. The instructions don’t specify which one to use but it’s easy to figure out. My favorite thing about this bench is that you can pick the bench up from the back without the support leg coming out of the slot. Well designed.

Great Lil Bench. Im a big guy and was worried my shoulders would be too wide for this but not at all. Im 6'2" 300+ on an off day and this things holds me great. Been in the sun but now i keep it covered and still more than a year later and still holding.

This bench is small, which is perfect for me at 5’2”. Yes, you do need to watch that the pins are in if you move it around, but I’ve only had the smaller one for leg thing come out. I bought this one since foldable but decided to leave it up for awhile since using for a program so not sure how that works.
