The media could not be loaded. For the PA500 version (with the lumbar support, I'm just not using it) first impressions are great. The foam padding seems much better quality than the other benches I looked at, Its nice and firm seems to keep its shape and not too soft to where the vinyl gets all messed up. Very sturdy out of the box, easy to assemble, the adjustable knobs on the bottom of the legs help level the whole thing out. I will update this review if it becomes less sturdy over time. The only downside Id say is the size of the gap between the seat is bigger than most other benches but its not a deal breaker and can be filled with a rolled up towel or piece of foam during use. Bench folds down nicely and fits under the bed. Overall 5 stars, delivered on time and packaged very well. Perfect for home gym.

The item looks great, durable, and perfect for casual use. Out of the box it is very easy to set up, and can be used right away. It’s lower to the ground than most benches I’ve used but as a less expensive alternative for a home gym this is good. I’m 5’7 and the length doesn’t bother me, but if you’re taller you might have to scooch down a bit. It’s comfortable to lay on while doing presses, and overall I use it often now. Very good product.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a bench that was small, economical and would stabilize my ankles for sit-ups. This one seem to fit the bill perfectly and for a smaller woman was easy to put together, carry and move. The bench looks great and feels solid. The only thing I noticed while putting it together was a glitch with the linchpin. It has a button tab at the end that is supposed to "lock" it in place until you press to tab to take it apart. We'll, the tab does not protude out far enough and come apart without being depressed. This is a safety issue and really should be addressed. Now I am only using it for sit-ups and leg raises but for anyone using heavy weights or sudden movements that jerk the bench around, there is real concern that the linchpin might come out and the bench may fall. I am not that concerned to send it back and won't be doing anything high impact enough that would warrant such motion, but I will be checking those pins before every workout. Just a heads up.

I have to admit that I was skeptical when buying this, but it's turned out to be a great bench. The problem we had with our last bench was that the seat part could not be put up at an angle when doing incline, so it would be easy to slide off the bench. This fixed that. It's sturdy and wider than our last bench too and easy to move. Overall, a much better option. Been happy with is so far and definitely recommend.

It has a very versatile design with 7 adjustment positions that allow for both upper and lower body exercises. It's ideal for dumbbell workouts and other strength exercises. It feels very sturdy thanks to its steel construction. It doesn't wobble or feel unstable, even when exercising with heavy weights. The padding is firm yet comfortable, helping you maintain proper posture without discomfort. Plus, the seat and backrest are wide enough to provide good support. It only took me a few minutes to assemble, as it comes practically ready-made. Plus, its foldable design is a huge plus if you have limited space at home. It's everything I was looking for.
